The air is filled with excitement today...we have been so looking forward to this day for a long time. Abbie...BT’s Daughter and Harriet, Billy’s daughter are coming to stay for a week. We have been plotting and planning for weeks now, hoping that we will have good weather and fair winds....but today, it’s all about preparation...last minute shopping to stock up the cupboard and fridge with goodies, cleaning the bunks and making beds, filling the water tanks and giving Windekind a really good clean.....ready for a week of fun!

Two tiny bunks..ready and waiting...[/caption]We took the bus to the airport and met the girls from their flight...big hugs and kisses all round....what a treat for us all. We can’t actually believe this moment has arrived...it was all booked before we left home in June, so it has been long anticipated.

Windekind safely in Port[/caption]The girls were introduced to their new home for the week....comments like...she’s gorgeous, yes, we’ll be fine in that small space etc...lets see how we get on and what the comments will be at the end of the week!!!
At midnight we settled down to enormous pizzas and the beginning of our adventure.....
