Firstly, I have to apologise for the lack of written information in the next few posts...the truth is that I spent hours writing all the stories and info, ready to be uploaded, only for Simon's mac to finally give up before I had a chance to share it all with you. I am utterly disappointed, but, if and when we manage to get it fixed I will update the posts with the information....but that won't be until we arrive home. :( ( some of you will be sighing with relief....always too much to read!!!)
