Roll, Roll, Roll Roll.....we had the most awful nights sleep last night, so it was a welcome relief to paddle ashore and investigate the beach bars....all in the name of research of course. We have a couple of birthdays coming up this month and two of the girls coming out to visit so we are looking for lovely places to go for these events. Just take a look at the Cotton Club....

We came ashore without any shoes and the sand was so hot Billy was hopping along like a frog!!! When we eventually got to the shore the water sizzled as feet were dunked!

Many of the calas and beaches have these gorgeous looking old ‘beach houses’.... you can imagine Ibiza years ago when the only buildings on the beach front were these wooden shacks....I wonder if the younger generation really appreciate this kind of heritage, or if, one day, they will be bulldozed to make way for yet more high rise apartments?

Today our sail was much more serene and calm.....we anchored at an amazing beach about 3 miles from San Antonio, had a paddle in Mango Tango...rescued a runaway lilo....and returned to Windekind for the final leg of our journey today....to San Antonio.

The evening was spent in a cala just outside the main harbour of san Antonio...BT went up the mast to make some repairs and we then sat and listened to the music from the local beach bar, candles alight on the back deck rum in hand!
